The
Reservation System feature provides a robust and flexible way of
describing your offering, availability and automated scheduling. The
user can create as many offerings as needed, the quantity of
reservations by day and time periods, unique descriptions, how far in
advance to offer reservations and how much "lead time" is required for
each offering. The system automatically calculates available
reservation times and quantities to display to site users. When site
user makes a reservation, that time slot is no longer available or the
number of available reservations is reduced. Reservations can be
configured as automatically "Confirmed" or "Not confirmed" per each
offering. Confirmed reservations create a unique confirmation number
that is e-mailed to you (the site owner), optional "provider" e-mail
and the individual making the reservation. Un-confirmed reservations
send you an e-mail and one to the individual but without the
confirmation number. E-mails sent, when reservations are made, include
a customized message you enter when creating the offering, thanking the
individual and providing any further information.
