Site administrators can create unlimited folders and articles within the folders as needed.  The folders provide the structure to manage large numbers of site pages and subjectively organize the content. The site directory displays all folders designated as “Display on site” by the site administrators. Opening a folder displays all articles within designated as “Display on site”. The ability to designate the status of Active or Pending of folders and articles allows for the site administrators to control what content is available and vary the available content as desired. Folders can also be linked with any of the site main pages. By linking folders to one or more main site pages results in an automatic link on the main page to the list of linked folders. Individual folders can be linked to a maximum of 5 main site pages. Administrators may also, for sensitive information, identify folders & articles for access only by designated groups (Board of Directors, Officers, etc). Additionally, Image Management is available for administrators organize the images they upload via the Insert Image feature of the content editor.
