Appointment System

The Appointment System is a powerful feature for you to offer on-line appointment scheduling. It provides a robust and flexible way of describing your appointment offering, availability and automated scheduling. Businesses may create as many appointment providers/offerings as needed, unique descriptions, how far in advance to offer appointments and how much "lead time" is required for each appointment. The system automatically calculates available Appointment times and quantities to display to site users. When a site user makes an appointment that time slot is no longer available or the number of available appointments is reduced. Appointments can be configured as automatically "Confirmed" or "Not confirmed" per each offering. Confirmed appointments create a unique confirmation number that is e-mailed to you (the site owner), optional "provider" e-mail and the individual making the appointment. Un-confirmed appointments send you an e-mail and one to the individual but without the confirmation number. E-mails sent, when appointments are made, include a customized message you enter when creating the appointment.
